Our 2024 Annual Conference, “Eclipsing the Ordinary, Emerging Extraordinary,” in San Francisco, Texas, had over 150 attendees and over 30 exhibitors. Attendees considered how words and relationships impact culture and results in Logan Weber’s session called “Some Days You’re the Pigeon, Some Days the Statue. We learned about delivering feedback that drives high performance, how AI is driving dark web threats, and relationship intelligence, plus other discussions, quick surveys on various aspects of OMS practices, and opportunities to meet other practice managers, and practical sessions with key opinion leaders in the field of oral surgery office administration.
