RECAP OF PREVIOUS EVENT
Our 2025 Annual Conference, “Bridge the Gap Between What You Know and Who You Want to Be,” in San Francisco, had attendees from over 34 states, and 40 exhibitors. Amanda Gore reminded us that mindset shapes our leadership, and joy isn’t a luxury—it’s a strategy. Lorie Clements gave us tools to align our vision and actually gain traction. And Merikay Hunt closed the conference with a powerful reminder that growth begins with self-awareness and care, providing tools to take lessons learned in California back to the office. Together, these speakers and all the rest helped attendees move from insight to action—bridging gaps in communication, systems, and ourselves.

Our group rate is $359, plus tax. The group rate is available 3 days pre- and post-conference as rooms remain available, and it can be booked through April 13, 2026.
Conference registration will open December 2025.
Airport options
Getting to Nashville
When planning your air travel to Nashville and our conference hotel, you’ll want to fly into Nashville International Airport (BNA), which is 7 miles from the hotel and offers convenient options no matter where you’re flying in from.
The hotel does not provide airport transport to the airport, but there are taxi cabs and ride share services available at the airport.
Travel Timing
We hope you’ll make travel plans so that you won’t miss any of the conference events! These times are tentative and subject to change.
The pre-conference course begins at 8 AM on Thursday, Ma 13. So if you will be attending the Monday pre-conference course (TBD), you should arrive on Saturday.
New Members, those who joined since the 2024 conference, are invited to join us at 5 PM Wednesday evening for a new member mixer. We’ll be drawing for some prizes at this event–must be present to win!
- The conference officially opens at 6 PM with the sponsor champagne reception, followed at 6:30 by the opening networking reception.
- Thursday's sessions begin at 8 AM and end at 4 PM.
- Friday’s sessions begin at 8 AM and end at 4:45 PM. The Friday evening social event is TBA.
- Saturday’s sessions begin at 8 AM and we’ll wrap up the conference by 12:30 PM. We will provide a grab and go box lunch that you’ll be able to take with you if you have to hustle off to the airport.
- We are considering a Saturday post-conference educational session, so stay tuned.
