RECAP OF PREVIOUS EVENT
Our 2026 Annual Conference, "Rhythm of Excellence: Navigating the Changing Landscape of Oral Surgery Practice," in Nashville, Tennessee, welcomed more than 170 oral surgery practice administrators, industry partners, and speakers from across the country.
Attendees explored practical strategies for leading through change, from using AI to streamline workflows and strategy to strengthen referral relationships to navigating evolving compliance and risk management challenges, improving financial performance through metrics, and building stronger teams and workplace cultures.
The conference also featured interactive discussions, peer-to-peer networking, benchmarking conversations, and practical sessions led by industry experts, providing attendees with actionable ideas they could immediately implement in their practices.

Airport options
Getting to Austin
When planning your air travel to Austin and our conference hotel, you’ll want to fly into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), which is 6.5 miles from the hotel and offers convenient options no matter where you’re flying in from.
The hotel does not provide airport transport to the airport, but there are taxi cabs and ride share services available at the airport.
Travel Timing
We hope you’ll make travel plans so that you won’t miss any of the conference events! These times are tentative and subject to change.
The pre-conference course begins at 8 AM on Sunday, April 18. So if you will be attending the Sunday pre-conference course (topic TBA), you should arrive on Saturday.
New Members, those who joined since the 2026 conference, are invited to join us at 5 PM Sunday evening for a new member mixer. We’ll be drawing for some prizes at this event–must be present to win!
- The conference officially opens at 6 PM with the sponsor champagne reception, followed at 6:30 by the opening networking reception.
- Monday’s sessions begin at 8 AM and end at 4 PM. The Monday evening event is TBA.
- Tuesday’s sessions begin at 8 AM and end at 4:45 PM.
- Wednesday’s sessions begin at 8 AM and we’ll wrap up the conference by 12:30 PM. We will provide a grab and go box lunch that you’ll be able to take with you if you have to hustle off to the airport.
