SOMSA is the national society of oral and maxillofacial administrators, which represents more than 290 practices in North America. We promote the professional development of OMS practice administrators and office managers through peer interaction and educational programs. Hotel Reservations: Book your stay at the conference venue by April 13, the cut-off date to book in our block at the group rate. Find the link at SOMSA.org > Conferences starting in summer 2025.
APRIL 1
- Sponsor Info Survey: Complete the Sponsor Info Survey by April 1. Nicole Toombs will email you the link in February, or you can find it on SOMSA.org > Exhibitor Info starting in February.
- Program Ad: If your level includes an ad or you have purchased one, email your program ad to sponsors@somsa.org by April 1. See Program Ad section in this document or SOMSA.org > Exhibitor Info for ad specs. Failure to comply with submission dates or specs could prevent your ad from being included in the program.
MAY 9
Materials arrive at Venue: Materials should arrive at hotel no earlier than 48 hours before the event, on or after May 9, or you may incur storage fees per package per day. Locate shipping information at SOMSA.org >

What To Expect
At our 20th Annual Conference in Nashville, Tennessee, we are expecting 180 attendees representing practices with 1 doctor and 1 location all the way up to practices with many locations and up to or exceeding 25 doctors. Our members are decision makers and influencers in their practices who manage HR, coding and billing, front and back office, software, finance, referrals, marketing, and all other aspects required to run oral and maxillofacial surgery offices.

Here’s how to lock in your sponsorship selections.
Some items—like attendee check-in bags—are limited to just one sponsor, and they tend to go fast. To make it fair, we’re awarding these on a first-come, first-served basis based on the timestamp of the completed form.

- We’ll confirm your selections and send an invoice for online payment.
- IMPORTANT: If more than one company selects the same single-item sponsorship, the item will go to whichever company submitted the form first, as determined by the timestamp.
